I grew up in Chelan and am a Chelan High School graduate. My father was a mortgage loan officer until he retired and worked as both a realtor and appraiser. My mother worked for 30 years as a school teacher, both in elementary and high school. Together, my parents had several rental properties, and from an early age, I learned about the value of real estate and elbow grease!I graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Administration. After obtaining my CPA license, I joined Adobe Systems as the manager of the Royalty Accounting Department. As my daughter grew older, I became an active volunteer in her classroom, and that experience led me to follow in my mother's footsteps and earned my teaching credentials. I enjoyed dedicating the next 13 years to being an elementary school teacher.
During summer breaks from teaching, I assisted my brother with his real estate business and worked with my husband to renovate and sell several properties. I feel I have reconnected with my roots, working full-time as a realtor®, and I couldn't be happier about it. I've been very fortunate to have gained such valuable advice and training from my mentors! Now, it's my pleasure to pass that knowledge along to my clients as I help guide them through the process of buying and/or selling property.
